MuleEx provides options for ensuring delivery and offers refunds for failed deliveries due to our team's fault.


What happens if I change my mind after booking?

You can cancel until the package is picked up. Refunds are immediate and credited to your wallet.


What payment methods does the MuleEx Customer App offer?

The app supports card payments, wallet payments, and cash on delivery.


How can I ger lower delivery rates?

Bookings & Insurance

How do I book a delivery?

. Download the MuleEx app, or on the MuleEx website, create an account, and follow the booking steps.

. Once your account is set up, select the option for booking on the dashboard, follow the steps to provide a pickup, delivery address, and further details on the items in your package, make payment then wait for the courier to pick up the package.


Are my packages insured?

. Yes! MuleEx Global GIT covers all goods on our platform. Select the insurance option when booking.


How much is the MuleEx Global GIT worth?

. Goods are insured to their full quoted value at the time of booking against loss, damage, or theft.

Pick-up & Delivery Time

What is the timeline for pick-up?

. Pick-up is real-time, but subject to rider and 3PL partner availability.


What happens if the rider cancels my request?

. We assign the pick-up to another available rider. You receive a refund if you cancel before the rider arrives.


How long will the rider wait before a new one is assigned?

. Riders have 6 minutes to wait before we reassign the pick-up.


From which locations can I book pick-up service?

. MuleEx offers pick-up and delivery services in major Nigerian cities e.g, Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Asaba, Onitsha, Ibadan, Kano, Enugu, Kaduna, Owerri and Warri.

. We also have a list of published designated drop off and collection locations.


Is the MuleEx App available at all times?

. Yes, the app is always available. However, pick-up requests are assigned between 6am-6pm. Later requests are prioritized for the next day.


How do I fund my digital wallet?

. Please refer to the app for instructions on funding your digital wallet.


Will the value of the item provided impact on the cost of delivery?

. No, the cost of delivery is determined by the weight and size of the goods and not the value.
